Nothing more

Nothing more

A Poem by Soren

Shakespear's light, a star

glimmers unreachable, too far

Wordsworth such humble poetry

Browning's enlightenment of slavery

Kipling and his stories

Longfellow and his glories

In poems I'm a dabbler

in appellations a babbler

From the cliffs of Whitman so tall

I trip, stumble and fall

Here I lay down below

no Pheonix, just a dim glow

I wanted to be Jack London. Just travel and write Soren.

I liked the honest thoughts and I cannot find the phoenix no-more. Thank you my friend for sharing the amazing poetry.
