We must realize that giving in life is important, not only for ourselves but to reach out to others as well…..that’s also part of our legacy….we want to be remembered as a kind, generous person…. Or perhaps we’ll be scorned….you make an important point in this poem…..

Thank you Betty. Yes the paradox in giving is that it is like a mirror where everything is backwards. What we give is really what we receive and in keeping things greedily is what is taken from us.
