you bring differing thoughts about home, someplace at times we all get comfort from; but there can also be disappointment, conflict, unexpected problems; so home is not necessarily all comfort; and, you do an excellent job of portraying your thoughts in a Brevity poem such as yours.
Well done Soren.

Thank you Betty for the review and kind words. They are deeply appreciated.
It definitely can be those things but it is also so much more in the right hands. It can be a wonderland if you let it. but it can truly be a disappointment if you let it. I like your thoughts and how they move.

Thank you Will, yes everything is in the eye of the beholder.
I loved this poem on Home. It's such a love hate relationship. We love the familiarity of the four walls yet want to run away from it. A home can indeed be so many things all at the same time. A haven, a heaven, a hell, a shrine, a battle ground and so much more. Kudos for always writing something new and thinking!

Thank you Divya your words are always an inspiration. I cherrish your comments
Two sides of the coin here. I am pleased to say, that my home is my haven. I have lived here 40 years. There were times in the early years where I had to ride out the disappointments. A lovely little bit of brevity here Soren. Have a good Tuesday.
