Now we have Santa with eight reindeer of course

In the place of honoring the sun god's death and rebirth

Now we honor the son of God coming to earth

Christmas trees, witch balls, and yule logs you may say

Are all pagan; but none more so, than our own Black Friday

Yes, Christmas' pagan beginnings, they intrigue me. The story of Jesus, and early Egyptian mythology have startling similarities. ...Santa & Odin God of War, good one, Soren.

The holidays are far too commercialized and every year that passes, they get more out of control. It is nothing new though, this has been going on since I was a kid. It is fun to believe in something around this time of year but profits and greed...doesn't sound like a good title to a holiday song.
