My way to love so different from you

You love by sacrifice I by dedication

How either of us feel the other has no clue

So we live in daily deprivation

We fail to understand that love is many sided

In this we go feeling unloved

We often feel derided

Aside all our feelings shoved

What is important to us discarded

So we go, not knowing what the other feels

Our feelings totally unregarded

And love, anger steals

I find this so relatable. I frequently feel like the way I express myself is so misinterpreted which I get kind of bitter about sometimes. Kind of sad how you can really care about someone and things still not work out just because people don’t always try to understand each other.
As a construction note, I feel that this could really benefit from the addition of a few commas, especially in the beginning; they’re not needed necessarily, everything can clearly be understood without them but it might make reading a little easier. Just my opinion though, feel free to disregard.
