A Story by Lilac

Long ago, we went to the party, where my younger brother lived. He wasn't actually younger, but bigger than me.

Sometimes, his plants sacrificed the space-time-continuum. That's when I got really confused.

In such moments, when I was standing at the living room window looking towards the winter garden, watching the spectacle stunned and dazed, he conducted me slowly to the sofa, gave me a glass of water and said calmly: "Try to close your eyes and take a breath."
