The Broken Ship

The Broken Ship

A Poem by Sonia Stokes
"

Please tell me what you think the message is, I am curios to see if I made it clear.

"

I am trapped on this broken ship,
It moves, but very slowly.
This will be the longest trip.
I hold on to it coldly.
I should take in the moments,
I have learned many things.
From this travel I must emit,
And leave these beings.

I would imagine it's about leaving home, though not sure. The ship metaphor is very over-used and could mean many things.
