them, cluttered parking which is very inconvenient and visitors are not allowed
to park with other things. Ideally, each member is provided with a parking

4. Disposal of Waste and Garbage: An inadequate and cluttered garbage disposal system can be a real
problem for everyone in the community. Although management committees provide
separate bins for wet, dry, and sanitary waste, residents sometimes fail to
comply and dispose of waste recklessly. As members of the community and
citizens of the country, it is our responsibility to adopt and adhere to good
waste management practices. Consider how much effort the custodian and even the
management committee have to put in to dispose of the cluttered waste when
there are already many problems with home maintenance.
5. Building wear and tear It is natural for buildings to age and decay. This is unavoidable as no
builder can guarantee the original condition of the building. Buildings need
constant repair and maintenance according to age. The RWA should continue to
address such issues in order to maintain their working conditions. Here are
some common problems that require timely maintenance:
Residents living in the community for extended periods will have to deal
with these issues, for which they will make maintenance requests to the
