Never AgainA Poem by someoneweirdThis... is a writing prompt-esque piece. I just stumbled across it from some old writing and, well, here it is. Enjoy.Never again will she hear his voice. The sound that kept her going, the sound that perfectly formed every syllable to her name. Never again will she touch his skin. The almost unbearable softness that she so longs for now. Never again will she see his smile. At least, never in person. It will always live in her mind, and she'll see it when she closes her eyes. Never again will she feel his presence, taking over her very being, and surrounding her in an aura of love and peace, and care. Never again will she know his love. It's been taken from her, and she misses it everyday. Never again can she make him happy. Even though he told her the only way she can make him happy now, is to leave him alone, and let him live his life, without her. Never again can she wrap her body around his, and feel complete warmth and closeness, to his heart. Never again can she think of him, and not feel a pang of regret and remorse, for what was, and for what will never be again. © 2014 someoneweirdFeatured Review
