The book

                 So many pages I've already read

             That's without counting time spent in bed

                    So many chapters yet to read

                  So many things I want to believe

 

          Sometimes I get bored of this book that I read

         Sometimes I think it would be easier to leave

         But the more I read, the more I need to know

           Even then this story has some way to go

 

            Would it be best to rewrite this book?

          How would I know without taking a look?

                  The story changes day by day

            It's no wonder that I can't find my way

 

             Happy ever after sounds quite nice

       But who knows what this book might entice

               Read to the end is all I can do

   There's no way the book's going to give me a clue

An interesting concept... Reading the "book of life" day by day, and realizing that there will never be an ending, until...the ending. Overall, I quite like the feel of this one, save for, perhaps a few places where the flow is a little forced by the rhyme scheme. You've done a good job, though. Keep it up.
