Bon Appétit

Bon Appétit

A Poem by Victoria W.
"

A restaurant in Maine has a magnetic strip that is mounted to the wall in front of bar-style seating. There are magnets scrambled all over the strip that have words printed on them. I created this.

"
Desire does not taste sweet.
It is repulsive and bitter.
Like robust soup,
Hot and frantic.
Devour down that boiling, onion endive.
