My Friend

My Friend

A Poem by solitare

You shine
utterly divine
You glorify being alive
as you believe laugh thrive
You highlight imagination
and beautify elation
You bounce in glory
not afraid to share your story
You love others when they're down
showering encouragement without a frown
You bestow honest belief
In times of sincere grief
Your magnitude is great
without understanding its fate
You smile without hesitation
not knowing its positive sensation
You create beauty outward within you
and I'm privileged to know this is true
