Time Stops, Forgiveness Walks.

Time Stops, Forgiveness Walks.

A Poem by Sage Kallen
"

We've all done something we regret, said something we wish to take back. Forgiveness is present for those who need it.

"

Tick-tock is the rhythm of the clock.

Deep talks, late night walks.

Guilt and pity are nothing but lost mysteries,

apologies, and sad sob stories.

Nothing I write can make this right,

but I smile knowing you made it out alright.

forgive my misery but not without remembering,

all the things I’ve said and done,

all the pain not yet undone.

For everything I wish forgotten,

but shall never be, please forgive my sorry soul,

for simply being me.

Forgiveness of self and others is the only way out of it. Accept what is done and move on. Great poem, was a pleasure to read. Thanks for sharing!
