Sleepless Night

Sleepless Night

A Poem by snoochee_boochee

lack of sleep
brings waken dreams
reap and rake
my sorrow sings
happiness
sweet drops of honey
lovely tongue
emotionally
through crevices
blouses, houses, & spouses...
i walk blindly
kindly, but winding
walking these shoes I was given
stricken with blues
But running with rhyme
a jolt is given
telling me to give up
this is treason
but others opinion is tough enough
season for these lost words
are hardly found with swords
hoards largely consisting of us
forwards our trust
amongst us
but lovers smooth the rough
boards lust
and scoots away today
and everyday
but give me a kindly word
and you shall see everyone heard
good or bad
fowl forgives finely
strictly shone the flying bird!
