as im crying myself to sleep.
been tossing and turning
f**k! i just want some sleep.
s**t.
not again.

clutching my heart in my chest
as i listen to coldplay​ on repeat.
this is a cycle. "no, wait!"
i've seen this before.
i let out a scream
as i realize
that im already in defeat.

I like this poem, it really captures how people with depression feel/go through. The last line is very true. I know for me I have realized that I was defeated many of times. This is a really good poem!
