Confusion

Tears stream down your sunken cheeks

Giving you momentary pain relief

Each tear for each unthinkable thought

It's difficult feeling so helpless, so distraught

You feel twisted and tormented inside

All you really want to do, is

Run somewhere and hide

You know that this want solve all your problems

But you just can't think clearly

You can't think of any alternative options

Feeling depressed and suicidal at times

Does anyone really care

Can they read these fatal signs
