Infinite undefined identity

Infinite undefined identity

A Poem by smkb90

The infinite undefined identity

Of the endless ocean and the eternal sky

How one fits so perfectly into the other,

The dividing line, becomes the union.

The circle and the square

In plain words

The sphere and the cube

In tangible words

The woman and the man

In passionate words

She gives him warmth

He makes her strong

Both pieces essential

For the puzzle that is love.

The corners of the cube,

smooth over.

The sweet curves of the sphere,

stabilize.

Together they become a formidable fortress.

Alone they're lost.

a lovely write. I enjoyed the use of imagery and the line "Together they become a formidable fortress." Very nice tone as well.
