Fragments of a Night

Fragments of a Night

A Story by Iliza Gold

My eyes fluttered open to the soft morning light. The sun's sweet glow blanketed my room and warmed my skin. My skin, which was still trembling from your touch. I swallowed, my mouth still tasting of the cheap wine we drank. I licked my lips, my lips still tingling from your lips having met them. I began to remember these fragments from the night before, and smiled.
I probably said and did some things I may not be proud of, but I am sure glad I did them. Without my mistakes, my night wouldn't have been my night. It was perfect in every aspect.
Now where's the coffee, my head it killing me. F****n' hangover.
