NEVER

NEVER

NEVER

Never touch

Where I never touched

A touch is enough

To break open the whole pain

Never kiss

Where I never kissed

A brush of lips is enough

To break open the whole passion

Never smile

When I never smiled

A smile is enough

To fan the fire of my longings..

Never smell

What I never smelled

A smell is enough

To wake up the animal in me

Never call

When I never called

Your voice is enough

To crumble the walls of my inhibitions

Never come

When I never came in front of you

A sight is enough

To break my mind into pieces

Pieces of unfulfilled hopes.

I like the repetitive format. It works well here. Words of wisdom flow from this write. Very intimate feel.

There is a passion that seems to rest just beneath your words... waiting. Here are words that awaken those feelings so often sleeping... and left unfulfilled. What a sadness...
