MATHEMATICS OF 9/11

MATHEMATICS OF 9/11

A Poem by JENY
"

Read only if you have patience There is no other way to express my resentment.. Against a world abound in war….

"

MATHEMATICS OF 9/11

From nine to eleven

There is a length of ten

Between nine and eleven

There is a ten as a hindrance

Nine and eleven; the odds

Squeezed ten; the even..

Ten had only one “one”

The zero it claimed..

Changed its value..

According to its place….

Zero can never be trusted..

Ten soldiers marched ahead

Towards the world trade centre..

In search of the eleventh soldier..

They saw the eleventh soldier..

There were ten soldiers behind him..

From a caste not known to them

“Ten soldiers behind me, made me the eleventh

I can never leave them in my life”

On that day began the argument..

For the eleventh position..

After ten..

Between the arguments

The tenth soldier on both sides

Eloped for a peaceful living….

Into a world sans bombs and tanks

In the war that ensued..

The world trade centre

Was destroyed….

In the absence of ten

The war was named

9/11world trade centre mishap.

Read only if you have patience

There is no other way to express my anger..

Against a world abound in war….

Very strong feelings. So clever of you to think writing in this way. ;)

I think it's an interesting piece especially the way it's written, but honestly, I didn't really understand it too much. It's almost like there was too much thought being put into it.

An interesting way to express it, different to be sure. I enjoyed reading it.

Today few understand the war. No-one know why we fought a country with no nuclear weapons. Too late to blame a greedy man name Bush. Now Obama add to the Soldiers in other places. I wish I could tell you why we are fighting in two war zones that would know peace if we left them alone. Terrorist have been around for 5000 years. Have secure borders and the USA would be safe. I understand your frustration. I lost many good friends. Their children ask me why did their Daddy have to die? I have only tears for a answer. All children need to gather. The adults have become weak and afraid. Revolution begin with the youth. They must pay for the sins of their father's. A excellent poem. Thank you.

I was across the Hudson river and watched both
towers fall as the smoke traveled across the river
I could smell death in the air...I'm against anything
that destroys the innocent...
