WHAT SORT OF LIAISON IS THIS?

 

It is tea..

That makes me glee

In the morning when I wake up

With nothing special to cheer me up

 

Reduce intake of caffeine, doctor says

Love antioxidants of tea , science prompts

Too much tea will make you acidic, grandpa says

Finally you will get addicted, father warns

 

Father begins his day with 4 cups

Grandpa begins with 3 cups

Doctor begins with 2 cups

But I begin with 1 cup

Without cups all of us can not get up..

 

 

I add 4 spoons of tea leaves for my tea

Doctor adds 3 spoons for each of his tea

Grandpa 2 spoons for each of his tea

Father 1 spoon for each of his tea

The total amount of intake almost the same…

 

Filling their blood with caffeine

They try to control my blood’s caffeine

But I cant live without tea

But I cant wake up without tea

To open the morning, tea is the key

 

“Too much tea..

Will kill your health early”..

Though they started drinking tea

In their life so early

They admonish me…

While sipping their hot tea..

 

What sort of liaison is this?

With this hot caffeine beauty

I do not understand….

I brood over the dilemma

Sipping the hot tea..

From my china tea cup…!!!!

[Coyote Poetry]

I don't know. I thought tea was good for us. A hot and calming drink. I like your story. Lately I have been mixing my own teas. I do the rosemary tea to relax the mind and calm the body. A excellent poem. We need something to make us find peace and feel better in a day.
