DEMON OF IMAGINATIONA Poem by JENYwrote it for a picture contest... The image provided could not really make out... Anyway I tried...DEMON OF IMAGINATION Looking into the picture I meditate over a demon Demon of imagination I ask, “what do you think of it?”.. Apple reminds me Adam’s apple The escaping pellet reminds the divinity Which Adam pawned To have a kiss from Eve..demon says Why the whole in blue and dark? No idea my dear demon But they are colors of depression And despair too.. I got it I got it..demon said It is nothing but… The Where guns spoke instead of flowers A predetermined story to live upon A predetermined pain to live with A predetermined loss of faith to regain Is lost,
only to teach us The art of regaining the lost…. HA Ha haa…. Demon laughed in triumph. I stood there aghast Not knowing whether.. To cry or laugh.. © 2010 JENYAuthor's Note
