A Poem by Claud

the dusk and the dust,
and they crash and consume.
lullabies and quiet melodies,
revolving around a star...
it's grey.
i cannot feel a thing.
not even the cold snaking around my ankles
or the night's resonance.
i tucked myself away from injury
and could not find her again.
now rushing over the tarmac expanse,
if i stopped breathing
it would be the same to me.

"if i stopped breathing

What a great ending :) I know that feeling too well.
