Soul

Soul

A Poem by Claud

and i should have known,
your cryptic messages
left for all to hear
would haunt me again.
old friends and lovers
a coastal path
the array of shining stars
the soul's beacon.
but my soul is scattered
like these iridescent alignments
and i can barely make the connections.
because you're assigned
to a far corner of my mind
but you're aching to be set free.

Oh WOW, this is very beautiful, intense, creative, and well written. This was very well expressed with wonderful descriptions and imagery.
