Walking away

Walking away

A Poem by SM Davis
"

Ever notice that when friends fight...one is always more bothered than the other?

"

Titter….

                   Tatter…

                                      Pish Posh…

Words to say

                             Are kept in knots.

She walks…

                             SHE runs.

She cries…

                             SHE hums.

Bothered.

                             Not.

Pity Pot.

What a delightful piece; "na-na na-na boo hoo" sprang to mind and I could almost hear the voices of children as they chanted it over and over again!

I really do love this. Such a treat of a poem with such a singing.

Nice flow. Sounds like a children song. Really nice job.

I love this piece! It's really a great two-voice poem and I like the flow of it, too. Short, sweet, to the point, and very powerful!
