Laydes Musings to Night

Laydes Musings to Night

A Poem by SM Davis
"

"She feels his presence but does not yet know he is really there"

"

Oh Night, as this way doth come approaching light of day
mine heart betrothed has gone to one I cannot see or say
exist doth he  in any dwelling but within this mine heart confined
Oh Night,  am I blind to lead in once what hope true finds

Oh Night, I see him not for whom stolen my heart grows
and yet and even still for him by chance this mine heart knows
hast mine head escaped by chance and be there no man there
Oh Night, be he there my Knight speak words that hear he there.

Layde and the Knight. Another phenomenal photo from Ken's studio. This saga is far from completed, however I think you'll enjoy it immensely.

I agree with, ken, beautiful words that flow gorgeously and go deeply. You did an excellent job with this.
