Who am I?

I am just questioning my life

Who am I?
I don't really know.
I am told I am smart,
But you could never tell by how much I don't do.
Told I am loyal,
But I never let anyone see what's underneath.
I know what I want to be and do,
But I highly doubt I'll ever get there.
Maybe I am over analyzing everything,
Or maybe I don't know myself at all.
I put on a smile to hide my pain.
I act confident and fully put together,
To hide I am utterly broken.
I don't even know why I am like this.
Maybe human nature.
It could be,
But when does human nature crossover into nothing.
I don't know who I am,
And honestly I don't want to,
Because I am afraid that everything I despise is what I am.
Who am I?
I am just a girl playing pretend,
Hoping I'll be happy,
But only knowing I am human.
