My adhdA Poem by SMBBasically me yelling at the world to stop harping on me about ADHD without understanding it.
I know I am hyperactive!
I know I am always distracted! But don't tell me it isn't real, You don't know how I feel! Yes, I know I'm so emotional! Yes, I know I'm very excitable! But don't tell me it's an excuse, You do not know my abuse! Don't tell me I'm not even trying, When on the inside I'm dying, Cause no one tries to understand, That though I'm a mess I have a plan! My head is a whirling mess! So don't tell me this isn't my best! Don't tell me I want attention! When you won't even listen! You don't need to change this! Just look at the words on the pages, That show you my brilliance! You don't know what's it like to be me, So stop telling me, it is just ADHD! © 2017 SMBAuthor's Note
