My GoddessA Poem by T. Wes SmithI worship the ground in which you walk, every body movement
speaks to me, the way that you walk, the roll in your hips as you move, feeding
each lustful desire, but in overdose, is this healthy, these feelings, a
rhetorical question, because despite the answer, I will continue to invest
these feelings. As unhealthy as it seems, you’re the one thing that I need, the
only one who balances me. I've given you all of me, more than anyone before, I've
shown you the real me in confidence, you’ve become my religion, id sacrifice
for you, this is no doubt unfair, but I guess it’s that I worship you, my love,
my friend, my life, my soul, you are my goddess no matter how I try to say it,
it’s what I feel that is louder than words. When I close my eyes I see my hands
across your skin, our lips just before they touch, your eyes just as you look
to me I've seen what I can do for you, amongst your chaos I’ve
calmed the storm, just for once though id like to be yours, This world has
filled itself with ways to remind me, I find myself asking god for you, its
silly I know, the way I feel is true, You’re my goddess, The only faith ill
find is within you, as I worship your body and pray to your mind, you are the
closest I can get to the divine, I don’t think your perfect, just perfect for
me, there is no doubt, this is all that I need. I’m glad, that these feelings are so easily buried, if not
some may find me to be crazy, I’ll play it cool, and let you rule, deep down
inside my heart, you will always be my goddess. © 2011 T. Wes Smith |
