The Colossus

The Colossus

A Poem by Jordan A. Wilson

The battle rages on.

My heart shaped arrows surf the doom ridden battlefield

Only to be disintegrated by the colossus known as Time.

Time.

A tyrant in his own right remains a force to be reckoned with.

His ghostly white aura fogs my field of view.

The structure is aesthetically well-purposed. It really works in your favor. The tyrant is well captured. His aura is ghostly. We know that. Saying that is redundant. Opt out.
