A Relationship About Nothing

A Relationship About Nothing

A Poem by Jordan A. Wilson

‘How do I know the stars aligned for us?’ is not the question to be asked.

One’s comfort in Nothing Will ensure that we last.

Can you lay here with me,

No thoughts,

No lust,

No love,

No thoughts

And call me your soul-mate?

Or do you need the foods of promise and passion to fill your plate?

‘How do I know the stars aligned for us?’ is not the question to be asked.

My comfort in Nothing will ensure that we last.
