this could refer to a relationship but I also think of people being suppressed when they are trying to get their ideas heard...their platforms, their hearts.
and when that happens, the peaceful protests become violent.
when it happens in a relationship, the love dies and animosity grows in its place.

Very nice use of words. Allowed the reader to ponder the meaning. New world, we fall to anger too quickly. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.

• An incredibly flawed creature trying to develop and become better. Wish me luck
Luck? Writing poetry is a matter of skill, not luck. The field has been under development for centuries. And there's a LOT more to it than it seems.
In your school years no teacher gave you even a hint of the skills a poet needs, because their job is to prepare you for employment, by training you in the nonfiction writing skills needed. Try to use them in writing poetry and you'll make all the beginner mistakes...and never notice the problems because you can't fix the problem you don't see as being one.
You don't get better by guessing. And using bad writing habits serves only to make it harder to change to the necessary skills of the profession. So...keep writing, of course. But while you do, hit a few good books on the basic skills the pos take for granted.
