Year to Year

Year to Year

A Poem by Jen Walters

Year to year it gets less clear,
But you are still so near.
You are very dear to me,
You are all I see.

The time passes on,
But you are not long gone.
You are in everything I do,
You make me feel less blue.

Year to year you become more dear,
Your vision of love becomes more clear.
We sit and listen to each other,
We treat each other better than the other.

Year to year we grow so near,
The seams will never tear.
You wipe the tears from my eyes,
You are so wise.

Year to year you are my ear.

Beautiful and gentle thoughts shared in the words.
"Year to year we grow so near,

Love should grow and expand. Because a perfect garden of beauty and hope. Thank you Jen for sharing the excellent poetry. I liked this one.
