BullyA Poem by Jen Waltersnot a true poem but it could be true and probably is somewhere. I feel sorry for those that are being bullied and wish there was more we could do to stop/prevent it.
Bully, bully why won't you leave me alone?
Is it because you like to pick at my bones? Or is it because you have no where to go? When you lack your own seeds to sow. I hate your degrading nature you see, For what you do is not what I can be. I wish you were more happy, So that you wouldn't be so mean to me. Why do you act without conviction, Is it to have me from this community shunned? Or is it because when you don't get your way, You take it out on others as you say. You make excuses for all that you lack, You give "reasons" for why you slack, Yet none of it to you makes sense, Because you have been so dense. I hate what you do to me Bully, Because you won't let me be. I cry tears of rage I cannot fight, I stay up hurting night after night. I am always sad because of you. I am afraid to speak of what you do. You are so cruel to me. Yet what you do you do not see.
