White Wine Serenades

She said I'm out of line, 

Yet her presence lingers in my mind. 

In dreams, she's still mine, 

Each sip of wine, a taste of love so fine 

  

She dances through my thoughts, 

A reminder of what I've lost. 

In echoes of her voice. 

Our faults resurface, no choice. 

  

Like our white wine serenades, 

Moments lost in amber shades. 

  

She blossoms like a delicate flower, 

A vision of love's potential power. 

Yet she remains elusive, not mine, 

The unattainable, divine.
