Blank Space!

There's a blank space in my heart                      

I often think a lot

           I still hold you love, into my heart

People keep loving & moving forward all

            I keep turning back pages

                         I cant get you off my heart

                                 I still only love you a lot

With movements running like water

time keep passing on

My dreams r broken & wings shattered off            

   but I keep turning back pages

                 cant get you off my heart

                               Oh Yes, I still only love you a lot 

I never knew why this happened

how long I can stay strong                  

I cant get you off my heart

There's a blank space in my heart    

           Since I lost you my sweetheart

               will you write your name on that?

Author's Note

This poem is dedicated to the girl I love. The first n the last love of life.
I never knew love before but she taught me to love like mad. But now she left without teaching me how to get out of love & so I still love her like a lot. "NB" this is for you & just you.

This hit me in some nerves eh!
But I could relate to this in so many ways,
first love can hurt you in the absolute worst way.

Yes, I've learned lessons in love and from life to keep moving on...
No matter what, we have to pull up our socks and get ready for the adventure of each day in life. Keep moving!
