Always forbidden

Always forbidden

A Poem by forbiddendreamer

What do I have to do
To feel the warmth of your embrace
Will you stay with me forever
Or be gone without a trace

I just want you near me
The one I hold so dear
I can promise you one thing
I'll never shed a tear

We're breaking all the rules now
What we're doing is not allowed
We listen to their warnings
But we stay floating in the clouds

Their feeble attempts to keep us away
The attempts that take all day

We run from them
Running hand and hand
No matter how wrong this is
We pick each other
That's what we feel is best
