Stolen

Stolen

A Poem by forbiddendreamer
"

He stole it and then broke it into bits

"

The thing that you've stolen
Would you return it to me
Unscathed and not broken
I wonder what would happen if I just leave it be

The thing you took
I need it back
It's not meant for your hands
Don't make me attack

The heart of mine
Will you please let me have it
It belongs to me
So don't keep it out of habit

You've taken other things from me
But this is the most important
I won't let it be
So please just return it

How 'bout a trade
I find that pretty fair
Will it be to much to bear
You can keep my heart if you give me yours

If you won't give me your heart
What am I supposed to do?
You have my heart and...
You have no need for two

Will you keep it just to torture me
And return it once your done
You won't let me be...
At least till your deed is done

Please don't break it
That is all I ask of you
All it takes is one hit
Before it shatters into a million pieces
