Smiling face

Smiling face

A Poem by forbiddendreamer

You say your ready for another day
You may never see my smiling face again
You ask me why
There's no real reason

Though you already know why
Dig deep and think hard
Now why will my smiling face no longer return

Still don't remember, I'll give you a hint
You crushed it into a thousand pieces

Try to solve the mystery
Come on, it's not that hard
After all it is your fault

Mind still blank I see
I guess I'll tell you what happened to me

Yesterday I told you how I felt
Yet you laughed it off as it was a joke

Now do you get why my smiling face is gone
It is all your fault
You just tossed it away with my feelings
