Just another trick of the mind

I must admit that Free verse is not a strong point of mine however I enjoyed writing this :)

There is a pattern to madness

that is what I thought 

but patterns are coveted by the mind

an example being the simplest cloud

of which we watch so intently

subconsciously seeking order 

that so blatantly just is not there

Just another trick of the mind.
