Finding the LORD

Here I am, Lord

I'm giving myself to You

I've realized something

That I should have already known

That took me too long

And too much pain

I tried to do it all on my own

But I was so wrong

To thank for my blessings

When I mess up

To ask for a hand

To help me when I fall

And most of all

To guide me as I try to go on

Please, Lord

This is me giving myself to you

For not seeing You

Hearing Your call

Never found the need for religion. Had a mother that was very much a " you made your bed now lie in it" person that got by from grafting and never asking owt of anyone or thing.
