Black and White Party

I got full marks for this so here it is

Im going to a party tonight,

the theme is mostly black and white.

I really dont know what to wear,

oh help oh help how do I do my hair.

 

Should I wear black skirt white shirt,

or should I wear white skirt black shirt.

Should I wear my black and white dress,

I really want to look my best.

 

Should I wear stockings or tights,

I really dont want to look a sight.

Should I wear my boots or pumps,

but in them I get goosebumps.

 

At last at last Im dressed,

I really think I look my best.

Off to the party we go,

Oh no the car's going far too slow.

This is a really fun poem. While the poem itself is fun, it also has a sense of building excitement throughout. I also think since the last line would be said in an exasperated tone, it should be written with an exclamation point instead of a period. However, the choice is completely yours.
