Hope

Night to all those who enter

Lasting darkness through forever

Fear the shadows in your heart

If they take you never part

 

Perhaps a light will save your soul

Perhaps someone can stop the hole

That takes the place of your emotions

Perhaps they are but foolish notions

 

You call for help from up above

Nothing remains but a dove

A beautiful, pure, amazing white

Flashes by, your heart takes flight

 

In the dark where you are trapped

A vein of hope is finally tapped
