The Endless War Of Memories.

The Endless War Of Memories.

A Poem by Simran Kewlani

The memories burned in her head,
Igniting a fire inside her heart,
Bringing tears to her eyes,
She remembered all the good times.

The laughter, the smiles and the screams,
All rang in her ears, deafening her otherwise,
The places and people brought a smile to her face,
As she remembered all the good times.

The easiness of living in the past hit her,
The intensity of the present was practically killing her,
The future continued to scare her,
While she remembered all the good times.

Hi, Guys! I had disappeared for the longest time ever, sory about that. I will be posting all the poems I have written since I last updated on a daily basis.
So, this is my attempt at Epistrope's use in poetry. Seems good to me. Criticize if required.
Have a good day!

She is in pain but still she cherish the good times she had. She seems like a fighter to me.
Please correct me if my understanding is not right!
