Breaking Yet Loving.

I'm breaking yet loving,

I'm loving but also regretting,

I'm breathing yet hating,

I'm loving but not loving.

You stepped away when things got bad,

The tad bit of loneliness was all I had.

I slept away the tears,

I muffled all my screams.

I did all I could in the little power I held,

I led myself down the narrow lanes of loneliness.

I breathed and survived,

But never revived, just cried.
