Superman

Superman

A Poem by Nae Nae

I do your homework,
I clean your car,
I'm on call whenever you need me,
And you need me to do more?
I cook your meals,
I take care of your pets,
I watch your children,
Did I forget anything else?
Oh yeah I did,
Because I also go to my own school,
I do my own homework,
And believe me I'm no fool.
Maybe I am, because all these years,
I let you walk all over me,
Like I'm the piece of s**t,
Underneath the soul of your sneaks.
I'm not some sort of superman,
Who can do just everything at once.
I'm only one human,
Not a million and one.

You don't understand what you're doing to me,
When you treat me always like this.
Because I've been everything you need me to be,
But all you ever do is get pissed.
You beat me,
You scream at me,
You throw me out in the dark,
Like I'm some sort of paper doll.
And you wonder why I hate you,
You wonder why I don't want to be with you.
You don't understand the things that I do,
Because in our whole relationship,
You only saw you...

But I'm not some sort of superman,
Who can do everything at once.
I am only one human,
But I guess that just wasn't enough ....

About
I'm a million people all in one, just to make everyone happy. But I'm tired of being what everyone else wants me to be. Only wish I knew who I wanted to be.. more..
