She Tells A tale

A Tale of Lies

I see a girl

That girl she cries

The sun comes out

But the sun is gray

I try to sleep

In a pile of hay

 

She wishes to tell

A tale of truth

The girl wants to smile

Like the rest of the troop

We want to see the sun shine

See it shine as bright as day

I want to sleep

On a cloud today

 

But do we ever get

The things we really want?

No, we all get let down

Only after they taunt.

If there was one thing in this world that you wanted more than anything else ... what would it be? For me it's a love that didn't lie, a truth that i still can't find, and a heart that would just stop breaking.
