Who Do You Love?

Who Do You Love?

A Poem by Dara[DRAMATIC]
"

...

"
As we dance
I pull you closer
Who do you love?

As we kiss
I want you fiercely
Who do you love?

As we lie under stars
I hold you gently
Who do you love?

As we part
Tears taint goodbyes
"Who do you love?"

4 little stanzas with the same rhetorical question. The poem tells the story of an encounter from meeting to departing. The repetative question almost feels like a sense of insecurity, or maybe even the lover's suspicion that this was not meant to be.

Either way, I think it is nicely written.

Well-done.
