Young SunflowersA Poem by RemanenceHeliotropismThey turn to the West then back to the East at night. Youngsters of the light. Only young sunflowers will track the sun through a process known as Heliotropism, and then they will re-orientate back to the East through the night to face each day's dawning. As they mature, they lose this ability and most will remain facing to the east. Truly, they are one of the many children of the light.
