Imagined moments are forever, oh, so perfect ...
Perfect sunsets, perfect rainbows, perfect light

When I imagine meeting you, never are you late
When I imagine calling you, never are you NOT there

You are the perfect lover, perfect friend
And I - yes , let us not forget the perfect ME - the perfect mate to match.

We ride in sunrise, sigh at dusk, make love all through the night,
And, then, come dawn, we wake contented in each others arms ...

Imagined moments forever, oh, so perfect, so ... complete.

I´ll keep them for a rainy day,
I know too well there will be many.

I´ll frame them like a photo,
Bottle them like precious wine
... to drink in darker nights, when I am , oh, too lonely.

But until then, I take you, take us just as we are ...

Perfect?
No.
But real at least
      - too real at times
